Su Xia is a managing principal at House Homey and holds a PhD in Structural Engineering from Vanderbilt University. She brings over a decade of hands-on experience in residential renovation and construction, with a strong emphasis on quality, durability, and thoughtful execution. Prior to real estate development, Su spent more than 20 years leading quality control and management teams within the medical device industry.
Outside of work, Su is an active dance performer and has lived in the Bay Area for more than two decades.
Robert Deng is a principal at House Homey and a graduate of The Harker School and Carleton College. He has a decade of real estate experience across residential renovations, ground-up single-family homes, and larger-scale commercial and multifamily projects. His work spans everything from custom homes to communities exceeding 100 residential units.
As a former collegiate athlete, Robert brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to business. He enjoys golfing and spending time outdoors with his family and dogs.
